Return & Refund Policy

UBM does not directly handle returns, refunds, or exchanges.

2. Responsibility

All return, refund, and replacement processes are managed by the Ministry of Finance, UAE.

3. Eligibility

Return eligibility criteria (if applicable) are defined by the Ministry of Finance.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds, if approved:

• Are processed by the Ministry of Finance

• Follow their timelines and policies

5. Damaged or Defective Products

Customers must report issues directly to the Ministry of Finance.

6. UBM Limitation

UBM shall not be liable for:

• Refund delays

• Rejected claims

• Product quality disputes post-delivery
